Job Description
- Perform comparative proofing and quality checks on a variety of paper test materials
- Assist project leads with paper materials flow to internal teams, clients, and vendors and help with comment resolutions
- Assist project leads with pre-production planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Assist project leads with maintaining and updating paper project documentation and training materials
- Bachelors degree in English, Business or related field and/or equivalent professional work experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management.
- Demonstrated proofreading experience preferred.
- Experience working in print and publishing in a business, government or education context is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent computer knowledge, proficiency in Word and Excel preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
