Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple digital channels, focusing on customer acquisition, brand reach, and maximizing ROI.
Partner closely with the Director of Web Strategy & Growth to identify and test packaging, promotions, and offers that enhance user engagement and accelerate growth.
Oversight of Social, Content, Paid Search & Influencer Programs:
Lead and support a team overseeing organic social media, influencer partnerships, paid search, and content strategy, aligning all efforts to Time4Learning s overarching brand and growth goals.
Provide strategic direction on paid search campaigns across Google and Bing to maximize visibility, while working closely with the team to optimize bidding, keywords, and ad performance.
Guide the influencer marketing strategy, collaborating with the team to expand reach, leverage user-generated content, and drive direct sales attribution from influencer partnerships.
Own and manage the paid media budget across all channels, overseeing budget allocation, performance forecasting, and adjusting spend for maximum efficiency and impact.
Develop a regular cadence for performance reporting, including weekly growth updates to the business leadership team on key KPIs, insights, and opportunities.
Leverage advanced segmentation, targeting strategies, and behavioral insights to reach high-potential audiences and drive engagement across paid media and social platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Social & Content Strategy, and the creative team to develop and test impactful ad and social media assets that resonate across channels and target audiences.
Implement a robust framework for A/B and multivariate testing across paid media and web, identifying new growth opportunities, refining audience targeting, and enhancing creative performance.
Partner with the Director of Web Strategy & Growth to explore and test new package offerings and promotional strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and develop a high-performing team across paid media, paid search, social media, and influencer marketing, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results-driven performance.
Mentor team members on best practices in digital advertising, performance marketing, and emerging trends, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth.
Stakeholder Reporting & Communication:
Provide weekly growth updates and campaign performance insights to business leadership, communicating the impact of paid media, search, and social efforts on key growth metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, Product, Brand, and Analytics, to ensure all paid media efforts support Time4Learning s broader marketing goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in paid media management, with proven success in overseeing high-budget ($10M+) campaigns and experience across DTC, EdTech, or other data-driven industries. Strong background in managing paid search and influencer marketing campaigns.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, with experience managing senior-level social, content, and influencer marketing roles.
Platform Expertise: Advanced skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with social and influencer best practices.
Analytical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in data analytics, KPI tracking, and attribution modeling, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software.
Creative Insight: Strong eye for creative optimization across ad formats, with a background in content strategy and short-form video, display, and carousel ad design.
Testing & Experimentation: Skilled in A/B and multivariate testing across digital channels, with experience applying insights to maximize campaign performance and customer acquisition.
EdTech/Industry Background: Familiarity with the education industry or consumer brands marketing to parents.
eCommerce or Programmatic Experience: Experience in programmatic advertising or eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
