Sr. Manager Business Development

Job Purpose:

To position services/solutions in India market by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals and maintaining healthy client relationship.

Area of Responsibility:

New Business Development or Hunting - Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for Services & Solutions sales and business development

Farming of the existing business - Continuous follow ups and keeping a touch base to bring out new opportunities within the existing clients.

Client Relationship Management - Develops negotiating strategies, examining risks and potentials, estimating clients needs and goals.

Required Skillsets:

-Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in B2B sales, business development, Service Sales and client relationship management.

- Candidates should be from service industry preferably with contact center solution sales experience/ BPM sales/B2B service sales/cloud sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Excellent presentation skills.
