Experience and knowledge requirements

  • MBA/B Tech
  • 5-15+ years of Experience business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT staffing
  • Excellent network in Direct and MSP/VMS arena
  • Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.

Position Title: AVP/DOS /Sr. Account Manager - Business Development Sales (5-15 yr exp.)

Location: India Onsite Day shift at Noida & Gurugram

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and people-oriented Business Development Lead to take charge of our sales efforts and drive growth for our esteemed organization IT Staffing company. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the domestic sales process, including lead follow-up, onboarding new clients managing recurring hiring cycle, preparing quotes to optimize sales efficiency. This position also involves collaborating with leadership, representing the company at conferences, and client sales meetings to achieve sustainable growth.

You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team where flexibility, tenacity, and a willingness to handle entire team business responsibilities are essential. Your success will directly contribute to TSI Partners’ mission to make a positive environmental impact.
