- Worked with a large Global Finance team that delivers complex and transformational regulatory change
- Experience of Finance and / or regulatory reporting execution and delivery. Knowledge of regulatory rules related to RWAs/ Liquidity & Financial Reporting.
- Understanding of design, reporting processes and systems.
- Advanced technical skills in analytical languages such as Python, SQL, SAS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills. Ability to navigate within the organization
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, climate-related reporting standards (such as TCFD), and sustainability metrics is also required
- Knowledge of ESG ratings and indices
- Relevant ESG work experience in a corporate or consulting firms
- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills
- Pursue passions beyond work and invest in your wellbeing
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. We look for people who are agile, curious, mindful and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
