Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understanding Product Requirements: Work closely with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and its documentation needs.
• Understand customer requirements: Create customer requirement document after detailed discussions with the customer and implementation teams.
• Creating High-Quality Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience. Should be able to write business requirement document, technical specification document and test cases.
• User Interface Text and Help Guides: Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
• Tutorials: Develop tutorials to assist end-users in navigating various applications.
• Information Architecture: Contribute to maintaining the information architecture of our documentation.
• Requirement Development: should be able to actively participate in the requirement development workshops and discussions and capture product requirements.

Requirements and Skills

• Technical Writing Experience: Should have experience in technical writing related to software documentation.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Excellent written skills in English.
• Software Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• SDLC Familiarity: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Awareness of Agile methodology is required.
• Education: MCA, Engineering, or a related educational degree is preferred.
• Work experience requirement: 0-2 years.
