Business Analyst/Project Manager


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager. In this role, you will be working closely with the engagement & delivery team for analyzing business processes, requirements gathering and documentation. This role would involve working on projects from inception to completion with regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities -

• Business Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Requirements Management:

Define and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.

• Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Lead project teams in the execution of tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Conduct regular status meetings and ensure effective collaboration between team members.

• Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

• Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience. MBA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills to understand client requirements
• Ability to understand products and solutions
• Applicant should be comfortable with traveling to different client locations
• A strong team player with the ability to collaborate across teams
