Product Manager/ Program Manager

Role:

1. Assist in IT requirements (product) definition for Supply Chain Systems used by warehouse management, inventory management , logistics and customer service teams
2. Manage the UAT, rollout , training, adoption and improvements on above products 
3. Interface with business stakeholders (Operations, Category management, Finance,Customer Service, HR) to execute project management for business projects and initiatives. .
4. Analyze data to improve products and processes. 
5. Write clear documentation and diagrams on business rules , processes and concepts. 

Desired background :

1. 3-5 years of experience in Retail (preferably ecommerce retail) as a program manager or product manager or business analyst with a project management experience
2. Bachelors in Engineering is a must
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
4. Proficient in MS Visio/Lucidchart/Powerpoint
5. Is strong in data analysis and use of Advanced MS Excel
6. Willing to travel sometimes for short durations across the country.
