In this role, you will lead a team of engineers who design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise, creativity, and skills to architect, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that propel us towards our vision of continuously improving our customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development track by closely working with PM, software engineers, and architects to ensure timely deliverables of your track with quality.
• Provide technical guidance to the track members on a daily basis to accomplish deliverables.
• Review code written by team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Document technical artifacts using standard modeling languages.
• Develop frameworks and high-impact modules using Golang.
• Write effective, scalable, and clean code.
• Collaborate with Software Architects to design and implement software architectures.
• Handle and mentor a team, ensuring smooth execution of projects and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7-13 years) working as a Golang developer/Lead or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert skills in Golang with exposure to frameworks such as Fiber, MGM, or GORM.
• Hands-on experience with technologies and frameworks such as Kafka, Redis, and Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with Software Architects and contributing to software architecture design.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
