Invoice amount4.Joining FormalitiesGetting the Joining Kit & Statutory documents filledCollection of the all the necessary documents like Address proof, Qualification proof, Identity proof, Photos, Medical certificateMake sure the new joinees have Appointment letter, Offer Letter, ID cardsMake sure that all employees (3P , Dmart , Mathadi & Labours) have their thumb impression configured in the biometric machine5.Opening of Salary accountsPayrollAfter taking the approval of RM & FM forward the attendance to HO/vendor for payroll processingmake sure that each employee gets salary slips after the salary disbursement6.Employee RecordsMaintenanceMaintaining hard copy file & Scanning of all the Below S1 & 3P joining documents & storing in soft formMaintaining an excel file covering all the employment & personal details of an employee6.Employee GrievancesManaging employee grievances & sorting them in coordination with RM, FM & Functional Head (if required)Tracking Transfers & completion of formalitiesTracking of transfer cases7.Statutory ComplianceManaging PF, ESIC , Ptax, LWF, Returns in coordination with the reporting heads & consultantMaintaining registers, Displays & Abstract under Labour lawRecruitment & Man ManagementCo-coordinating with the Functional reporting for on roll recruitmentGet the recruitment done for 3P employees8.FSSAISupervise Housekeeping Activity.Make sure that no employee is hired without a medical certificateEmployee are groomed properlyChecking cleanlinessMake sure that all employees are wearing hair net once they are on the shop floorInductionBriefing about policies & procedure to new joinees.
