Role & responsibilities
1. Training & Development : • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful training programs across all levels and departments, including onboarding, skills development, leadership development, and professional development. • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including classroom training, workshops, online learning platforms, simulations, and mentoring programs. • Assess training needs through needs analysis, performance reviews, and employee feedback. • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs using key metrics such as employee performance, knowledge retention, and return on investment (ROI). • Stay abreast of the latest training methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices
2. Culture Building : • Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture. • Promote employee engagement and well-being through activities such as team-building events, social gatherings, and employee recognition programs.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensure a respectful and equitable workplace for all employees. • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and concerns. • Act as an ambassador for the company's values and culture • Manage and enhance people experience
3. Team Leadership : • Lead a small team of training specialists or trainers. • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
4. Training & Development : Training Program Effectiveness : • Completion Rates: Track the percentage of employees who complete assigned training programs and in compliance with BV requirement of CPD • Knowledge Retention: Measure employee knowledge retention through assessments, surveys, or knowledge checks • Skill Improvement: Assess the improvement in employee skills after completing training programs through performance observations, skill tests, or project evaluations. • Training ROI: Calculate the return on investment for training programs by measuring cost savings, increased productivity, improved quality, and reduced errors Program Delivery : • On-time Program Delivery: Track the percentage of training programs delivered on schedule. • Program Quality: Evaluate the quality of training programs through employee feedback surveys and internal audits. • Innovation: Encourage and track the development and implementation of innovative training methods and technologies. Training Needs Analysis : • Accuracy of Needs Assessments: Evaluate the accuracy of training needs assessments by comparing identified needs with actual employee performance gaps. • Proactive Identification of Training Needs: Track the proactive identification and addressing of emerging training needs within the organization. Culture Building : Employee Engagement : • Employee Engagement Survey Scores: Track employee engagement scores through regular surveys and analyze trends over time. • Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS): Measure employee advocacy and willingness to recommend the company as a great place to work. • Employee Retention Rates: Track employee turnover rates and identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and retention. Diversity & Inclusion : • Diversity Representation: Monitor the diversity of the workforce across different demographics. • Inclusion Index: Measure the level of inclusion and belonging experienced by employees from diverse backgrounds. • Number of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Track the number and impact of initiatives implemented to promote diversity and inclusion Qualitative Factors: Leadership Skills: • Ability to inspire and motivate the team. • Effectiveness in building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. • Skill in coaching and mentoring team members. Strategic Thinking: • Ability to align the team's efforts with the overall business strategy
