Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and Analyze Country-wise KPI Performance using Tableau Dashboards
• Follow Monitoring and Escalation Process as defined.
• Preparation of monthly CER Operations Book.
• Identify issues and interact with countries to define recovery actions.
• Roll-out of good practice and ease sharing of experience between countries
• Proceed with Ad-hoc on site mission to address significant issues
• Identify inconsistency in data for Sales and Operations.
• Coordinate planning and ensure timely implementation, escalate issue to management
• Support Countries on data cleansing actions and improvements.
• Facilitating calls with each Operating Regions as support for any queries.
• Preparation of Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly reports as per deadlines.
• Ensuring data quality (taking ownership of issues, investigating and resolving them)
• Interpreting data and preparing Presentations as and when required.
• Should have understanding on KPIs, SLA and Quality etc

• Qualification and Experience

• Graduate : Any Specialization
• At least 2-3 years experience in similar role
• Hands on experience of working with data, Certification products.
• Experience in professional services industry is a plus

Skills & Qualities:

• Good communication skills in English verbal and written.
• Proven analytical, data manipulation skills are required.
• Knowledge of business products
• Advanced analytical skills , Excel and PowerPoint expert
• Strong analytical skills, Excel expert (Knowledge of VBA would be added advantage)
• Exposure to CRM and Business Intelligence tools (E.g Siebel, Tableau)
• Very good knowledge on Reporting and presentation.
