The vision did not flow to the bottom level, it felt that the top management is the only with brain to work it out Mid senior level individuals with no background in Innovation/ Automation asking the bottom to think out of the box, instead of leading from the front . I was working for Building & Infrastructure service line in pune Region for past 3 years and I swear the entire team of this service line is pathetic. They would recruit a new person but won’t promote a hard working employee. Regional General Manager, Regional Sales Manager - B&I & Regional Head - B&I are just puppets of the management which is led by Mr. Surajit Pan who just slangs money to gets the work done. Even on holidays the RSM would keep review calls. Plus the increament is just in single digits. Don’t join this company at all....Read More
