Teammates help each other in need , no office politics in my department. Job security is good as they have not laid off due to Covid. Good opportunity to grow for project and support team members, not much for analytics. Salaries are decent. Not much focus on skilling, you need to self-skill. Company doesn't have bus pickup and drop service. In terms of benefits, only free breakfast.Team outings are rare, mostly once a year. They don't have a dedicated department for analytics, its mostly small teams in each department. No annual functions. No game rooms, gyms or libraries.
