Job Title: Accounts_Deputy Manager / Manager

Location: Nagarabhavi, Banaglore

Experience: Freshers or Minimum 1 Year of experience

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Salary: 7-9 LPA

Industry: Microfinance

Preferred: Male Candidate Only

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day accounting operations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports on daily basis
• Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• File GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
• Handle tax planning, audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for statutory audits.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
• Optimize fund allocation and ensure liquidity for operational needs.
• Prepare fund flow statements and forecasting reports
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for statutory audits.
