Chartered Accountant
- Supervising and ensuring result of timely work execution and deliverables of team mates.
- Reviewing work, guiding and mentoring entire team.
- Capability of independently leading the team size of 15 to 20 members.
Ensuring hands on execution, advising and handling clienteles for:
- Retainer services for monthly accounts, management reports and compliances towards TDS and GST
- Statutory audits of company
- Income tax compliances including tax audits and filings
- Income tax assessment proceedings
- Transfer pricing structuring advisory, compliances and preparing study reports
- Tax planning and advisory for various type of entities.
- Knowledge of DTAA and issuance of certificates including 15CA/CB
- All other statutory compliances
- Basic knowledge of GST regulations
- Hands on working experience on finalization of accounts, accounting standards, audit, income tax, income tax assessment proceedings, compliance advisory, international taxation, transfer pricing, internal audit, etc.
- Good grip on accounting concepts.
- Basic knowledge about GST, ROC.
- Have handled compliances for Private Limited clients (size of the clients served be 5 crores to 250+ crores), LLPs, HNIs, NRIs, etc .
- Extremely good and effective verbal & written English communication.
- Able to handle client independently.
- Able to lead and monitor team of qualified Chartered Accountants, Semi-qualified, Accountants and Article assistants and Problem solving attitude.
- Good grip on accounting softwares such as Tally ERP9/Prime, Tax softwares, etc.
