Designation: Customer Service Executive (Non-voice, Email Support, General Shift)
Qualification: Bachelors (any stream)
Experience: 2 years minimum in direct customer service role (Candidates should not be from any Back End/Data Entry/Support/BPO/Telemarketing etc.)
Salary: Upto 6 LPA
Joining: Immediate
-Skills Needed:-
1. Good written and spoken English skills.
2. Good at communicating through emails.
3. Good at MS office (word/power point/excel)
4. Must be a self-starter/go getter/quick to learn.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chat
6. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
7. Manage high mail volume.
8. Maintain customer order summaries and circulate them in timely.
9. Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers.
10. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
11. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns.
12. Always maintain a positive and professional attitude.
13. Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
14. Meet & exceed performance targets stated above.
15. Must learn/master order processing software, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
16. Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
17. Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.
