Role & responsibilities

Internal Audit & Financial Compliance:

• Conduct internal audits of the complete books of accounts for the unit.
• Perform month-end closings and ledger scrutiny of financial records.
• Evaluate TDS payments and ensure compliance with TDS return filings.
• Review GST return filings and ensure timely compliance.
• Conduct EXIM audits, IDPMS, EDPMS, and other bank compliance report checks.
• Ensure tax audit return filings and ITR submissions for the company.
• Prepare and file award forms as required.

Reconciliations & Financial Analysis:

• Perform stock reconciliation and valuation.
• Review reconciliation of account statements for customers and vendors.
• Manage inter-unit finance and stock transfer reconciliations.
• Analyze and review ageing reports for customers and vendors.

Banking & Financial Reporting:

• Work on bank limit renewal processes and compliance.
• Handle ECR rating renewal workings.
• Draft balance sheets and coordinate statutory audits.
• Prepare various MIS reports for management, HODs, and bankers.

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Support other finance-related tasks as required.
