Cluster Business Manager

1. Developing and executing strategies to drive the expansion of the Secured lending business in the alignment with the Companys overall vision and goals.
2. Monthly & Weekly Business, Collection Planning & Review.
3. Follow up from New sourcing, PD & Pre PD, Login, To Disbursement & Cash Approval etc.
4. Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the Branch.
5. Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of loan applications for secured business loans, evaluating the credit worthiness of borrowers, and assessing potential risks involved.
6. Lead and supervise a team of providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to established policies and procedures.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to structure suitable loan proposals, offering customized financial solutions that align with both the company and customers' needs.
8. Monitoring portfolio performance, analysing key metrics, early warning signals and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
9. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and legal requirements related to credit evaluation and approval processes.
10. Make well-informed credit decisions based on thorough analysis, ensuring an appropriate balance between risk and business objectives.
11. Effectively communicate decisions and recommendations to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders.
