Ensure smooth onboarding, maintain accurate records of attendance, payroll inputs and employee documentation handling employee grievances and utilize retention programs.

Experience in bulk hiring, hiring fieldlevel candidates, well aware of all interview processes.

Track HR Metrics like attrition, absenteeism and other related responsibilities

Ability to manage field teams and resolve on ground challenges.

Knowledge in labour laws, compliance and HR policies.

Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Proficiency in Local / regional language
