Functional Responsibilities

• Identify sources for manpower & map them across areas
• Generate maximum walk in for drives and interview locations by appropriate advertisements & in adherence to brand guidelines and budgets
• Ensure efficiency of offer to joiner conversion
• As an Individual contributor to ensure sourcing to APL for all level of hirings.
• Ensure collection & submission of Pre -joining documents, BGV & APL
• Ensure data accuracy for MIS reports is maintained & HRMS data is cross referenced for exit cases, new joiners & transfer cases.
• Travel to branches for both drives and also to understand working conditions
• Ready to travel and do minimum 4-5 branch visit in a month.
• Attendance daily followup and reports
