Regional Sales Manager

Gujarat Work Experience would be preferred , Notice 1 month. Candidate must be form Aquaculture Industry would be prefered.

• Sales and Business Development
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts, establish relationships with decision-makers, and drive sales growth through effective account management.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's products.
• Product Promotion and Demonstration
• Promote bio-aquaculture products by conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Provide technical expertise to customers regarding the use of probiotics and other aquaculture inputs for improving water quality, gut health, and overall productivity.
• Market Analysis and Strategy
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase product adoption in existing ones.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with the products and services offered.
• Provide regular follow-ups to address customer queries or concerns.
• Dealer/Distributor Management
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors or dealers for effective product distribution.
• Train dealers on product usage and maintain strong business relationships with them.
• Reporting and Feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Provide timely reports to senior management regarding sales performance and market insights.
• Travel
• Travel extensively within assigned territories to meet clients, conduct sales meetings, and oversee product implementation.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Strong knowledge of aquaculture practices and bio-aquaculture products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts related to probiotics, water treatment, or gut health to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical skills for market research and strategy development.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.
