The incumbent should be a graduate enginer with atleast 5 years exeperience in sales to governent departments experience from the PEB/ construction industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals to achieve targets.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the region.
Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for the region and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Budget Management: Manage regional sales budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
