This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for
1. Overseeing the sales operations in the assigned region - West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, North-east states
2. Adding new B2B customer
3. Developing and implementing sales strategies
4. Managing a sales and marketing team
5. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
6. Meeting sales targets
Qualifications
- Sales Management B2B
- Sales Strategies implementation
- Sales and Marketing Team Management
- Customer Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Ability to travel within the assigned region
- Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing
- Age - 35-45 years
