Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and expansion as Regional Sales Head at Frankfinn, a leading provider of aviation, hospitality, and travel management training.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Sales Team Leadership:
1. Lead and manage a team of Sales Counselors, providing guidance, coaching, and development.
2. Set sales targets, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Operations:
1. Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
2. Ensure accurate sales data and reporting.
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, educational institutions, and industry partners.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Business Development:
1. Expand Frankfinn's presence in the region through strategic partnerships and alliances.
2. Develop and execute plans to increase market share.
Training and Development:
1. Ensure sales team is knowledgeable about Frankfinn's courses and services.
2. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.
Performance Metrics:
1. Enrollment growth
2. Sales revenue growth
3. Market share expansion
4. Customer satisfaction and retention
5. Team performance and development
Requirements:
Education:
GRADUATION
Experience:
-12-20 years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role (education/training industry preferred)
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership
Skills:
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to travel (up to 50%)
Frankfinn Specific Requirements:*

- Understanding of educational sales and marketing principles
