Regional Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop & implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Coordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
• Liaise with other company functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
• Selling of all service Fine Arts, Household goods, Office moving Corporate Sales.
• Developing a growing understanding of the Moving Industry, and keeping up with industry developments
• Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
• Generate timely sales reports.
• Develop pricing schedules and rates.
• Formulate sales policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
• Data analysis to identify sales opportunities.
• Develop promotional ideas and material.
• Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts.
• Involvement in the move process from end to end.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Business degree or related professional qualification.
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving.
• Team-leadership.
• Formal presentation skills.

Required Skills:

• Should have B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, and Service Sales experience.
• Experience: 5+ Years
• Location: Faridabad, Mumbai & Chennai
• Preferred Industry: Logistics/Relocation Industry
• Should have Corporate Communication Skills
