### **Role Overview**
3 to 4 years of marketing experience in Gujarat Area is mandatory.
The Regional Sales Manager for Crop Nutrition at Arizona Biotech Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution in the designated region for B2B clients. This role involves developing and implementing sales plans to achieve company objectives, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fertilizer industry, with a strong focus on crop nutrition.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy and Planning:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet team and company objectives. Ensure alignment with annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- **Market Development:** Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.
- **Profitability Management:** Oversee pricing structures and gross margins to ensure profitability. Analyze business performance periodically and create roadmaps for development.
- **Supplier and Logistics Management:** Manage relationships with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Financial Oversight:** Ensure timely collection of payments, maintain credit limits, and implement action plans for payment recovery.
- **Dealer Development:** Foster dealer satisfaction and develop new dealer relationships to expand market reach.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build long-term relationships with key distributors to achieve sales objectives and repeat orders.
- **Product Feedback:** Provide insights into product development based on market feedback.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Maintain historical data on business stakeholders' performance through scorecards.
- **Team Leadership:** Conduct regular meetings with distributors and the sales team to discuss targets, provide product training, and refine sales strategies.
- **Opportunity Identification:** Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing competitors' strengths and weaknesses, untapped areas, and market trends.
- **Communication:** Act as a liaison between headquarters initiatives and the sales team, providing feedback to shape marketing strategies.
- **Process Improvement:** Continuously seek ways to improve the sales process to enhance market share and revenue growth.
- **Team Management:** Supervise a team of professionals supporting the sales of Arizona's products. Act as a mentor to guide the sales team.

- Proven managerial and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and engage with diverse cultures.
- A background in agriculture sales is mandatory for this job.
