Assistant Manager - Account payable - 4 wheeler OEM Manufacturer (3-7 yrs)

Local Parts Material Accounting:

- BOM invoice process

- Invoice posting issues resolve with analysis with vendors

- Weekly BOM vendor payment process

- Handling of retro settlements

- Handling of DRCR settlements

- Warranty Recoveries

- Monthly closing activities

Vendor Reconciliation:

- Vendor Reconciliation (BOM vendors)

- Reconciliation with BOM vendor sales reports & GSTR-2A/2B

- Review of vendor payments for release/hold/discrepancy etc.

- Obtaining vendor balance confirmations on quarterly basis

MIS Reports:

- BOM Weekly payment forecast.

- Direct material monthly reports

Miscellaneous:

- Supporting for statutory & internal audits

Skills/Experience:

- Month closure activities and reporting

- Manufacturing industry experience is a material advantage

- Advanced Excel & working experience in SAP mandatory
