Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership for our organization. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and growth of the company, while ensuring that the company adheres to its mission and core values. This executive will work closely with the Board of Directors, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to execute the company's strategic objectives, foster a culture of innovation, and drive long-term business success. The CEO would report to the MD.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision:
- Define and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals to ensure long-term success.
- Develop and execute the company's business strategy in line with the company's objectives.
- Ensure the alignment of business operations and decisions with the company's vision and values.
2. Operational Oversight:
- Provide effective leadership and oversight of all operational areas including finance, marketing, sales, HR, R&D, and operations.
- Optimize internal processes, organizational structure, and resources to drive growth and profitability.
3. Financial Performance & Growth:
- Ensure the financial health of the company by closely monitoring performance metrics, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement revenue growth opportunities through innovation, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Ensure the company's financial targets are met, and capital allocation is strategically managed.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the executive management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, clients, partners, and regulators.
- Report to the Board on company performance, strategic direction, and key challenges.
5. Corporate Culture & Talent Development:
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and ethical corporate culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor senior leadership, supporting professional development and ensuring succession planning.
- Cultivate a strong, innovative, and adaptable leadership team.
6. Risk Management & Compliance:
- Oversee the company's risk management framework to mitigate business risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement policies and best practices to ensure company integrity, sustainability, and ethical standards.
7. Communication & Public Relations:
- Represent the company in industry conferences, media appearances, and public engagements to enhance its brand presence and reputation.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, providing transparency on key initiatives, business performance, and organizational direction.
