Chief Executive Officer - BPO/BPM (15-30 yrs)

Purpose of the role:

To lead and establish a newly formed Business Support Services company, providing critical support functions to both group companies and external clients. This role involves developing and executing strategic objectives to deliver efficient, high-quality, and scalable shared services across various domains, including Finance, Taxation, HR, Logistics, and Procurement. Additionally, the company must be managed as a profit centre, ensuring its financial sustainability while driving growth and operational excellence.

Education & Experience:

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) OR MBA, OR equivalent postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
