Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of the business. The CEO will drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while ensuring the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. The CEO will also serve as a key representative of the company stakeholders, including customers, OEMs, and the community.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and communicate the company's vision and long-term strategy to all stakeholders.
- Align strategic plans with business goals, market opportunities, and industry trends.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and finance partners.
- Represent the organization in forums, public events, and media engagements.
3. Financial Oversight:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve financial goals.
- Drive cost efficiency while investing in innovation and workforce development.
4. Operational Management:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure cohesiveness across departments to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster a culture of integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Monitor compliance and conduct timely audits as per OEM guidelines.
6. People and Culture:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Implement training and development programs.
- Recognize and reward high performance to maintain a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in high-scale and high-velocity growth environments.
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in budgeting and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
