Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
- Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on multiple job boards, social media platforms, and company website.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate interview scheduling. Participate in interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience, provide timely feedback, and maintain strong communication.
- Hiring Coordination: Coordinate the hiring process, including job offers, background checks, and reference checks.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Employer Branding: Actively contribute to employer branding strategies, promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and other channels.
- Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
HR Operations Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including preparing documentation, introducing company policies, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring that personal information, compensation, benefits, and job details are kept up to date in HR systems.
HR Policy Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, HR best practices, and local labor laws.
- Address any compliance issues or inquiries from employees.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
- Assist with payroll preparation by verifying attendance and ensuring timely updates of benefits-related information.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- Provide guidance on company policies, leave management, and performance management.
Performance Management Support:
- Assist with performance evaluation processes, ensuring that managers are adhering to timelines and providing necessary resources.
Employee Offboarding:
- Coordinate offboarding for employees leaving the company, including conducting exit interviews, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition.
