We are currently looking for highly skilled and dynamic Senior Manager - HR to be based in Pune, India. This is with our Indian subsidiary company Ezdaher India Private Limited.
Ezdaher India Private Limited is a KPO based in Pune and provides credit underwriting, technology, marketing, human resources and other functional services to our parent company AVANA Companies, USA.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of exceptional talent, a global perspective, and a strong academic background from top-tier institutions. This role requires expertise in managing the scaling up and down of personnel, spearheading on-campus recruiting initiatives, and effectively working with advanced HR systems. Additionally, the candidate must possess significant experience managing HR operations across geographies outside of India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage workforce scaling to meet the dynamic needs of AVANA Companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and execute on-campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from elite universities and institutions.
- Optimize and manage HR systems, including applicant tracking, performance management, and workforce planning tools, to support operational excellence.
- Oversee recruitment and HR functions across diverse global geographies, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that foster organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent development, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Educational qualifications from Top Tier B-Schools with a proven academic track record.
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling personnel operations for growing organizations.
- Experience in designing and managing on-campus recruitment programs.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems, performance management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record in managing HR functions across global geographies, particularly outside India.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and diverse cultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Atleast 7-12 years of experience in human resources.
- Experience in the financial services, real estate, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Experience of having worked in Big 4 consulting firms will be an advantage
- Deep understanding of global HR trends and best practices, with a focus on talent acquisition and workforce optimization.
