Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Attract top talent lateral hires from top-notch product first companies.
- Enhance the company's brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to streamline the recruitment process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to management.
- Build relationship and execute annual campus hiring drives in top institutes (IIT, ISB, IIM, etc.).
Desired Profile:
- 5 to 8 years of experience, specifically with expertise in tech hiring for SaaS and product-first companies.
- Expertise in recruiting for tech roles, specifically Java, Microsoft, Big Data stack, data science, data analytics, AI/ML, manual and automation testers, Product Delivery, Product Design, etc
- Prior campus hiring experience from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB) is preferable.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Lever, etc and data analysis for decision-making.
- Experience in talent branding and managing talent initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
