HiLabs is seeking a talented Content Developer to join our dynamic marketing team in Pune. We are looking for a skilled writer with strong research abilities, a passion for technology, and an aptitude for creating compelling content in a complex B2B SaaS domain preferably within the HealthTech industry. • Education: Bachelor s or masters degree in journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in content development within a marketing function, ideally in a B2B SaaS-based technology company, preferably in HealthTech.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey, content marketing principles, and best practices for engaging enterprise audiences.

• Develop high-quality marketing content, including blogs, eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, website content, ad copies, email campaigns, and video scripts.
• Research and produce data-driven market intelligence reports and thought leadership pieces.
• Craft content that is clear, engaging, grammatically sound, and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
• Optimize content for SEO and keyword performance to maximize visibility.
• Support various marketing functions, including performance marketing, event management, partner marketing, web development, and sales enablement.

• Develop and implement a content strategy for the company intranet, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs.
• Write, edit, and curate articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content to enhance employee engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source and showcase key updates, initiatives, and success stories.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to plan and schedule content releases.
• Improve intranet user experience, focusing on navigation, accessibility, and searchability.
• Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and employee engagement, making data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and security standards.
• Collect and implement employee feedback to continuously enhance the intranet s content and usability.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Expertise in content formats such as blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, social media, ad copies, and marketing collateral.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct primary and secondary research for content development.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging marketing content.
• Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, SEO tools, AI-driven content creation tools, and proofreading software (preferred).
• Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and engagement.

• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to content development.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A team player who is adaptable, receptive to feedback, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Experience in SharePoint development for intranet management.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers for content presentation.
