Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the bank's goals and enhance overall performance.

- Employee Relations: Serving as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure the bank attracts and retains top talent.

- Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development to enhance employee productivity.

- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensuring all HR practices comply with legal regulations and the bank's internal policies, including the Code of Conduct for Employees.

- Learning and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.

- Compensation and Benefits: Managing salary structures, benefits programs, and ensuring equitable compensation practices.

- Change Management: Assisting in organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions, and supporting employees through change processes.

- End-end employee lifecycle

- Partner with the leadership team to develop and drive the people strategy

- Drive and improvise the HR capabilities in alignment with the business so as to contribute to the bottom lines.

- You must have at least 6+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner from a BFSI/industry in addition to an MBA from a Tier-I B-Schools of India.

- With excellent communication skills, you must have a hands-on approach for business solutions and a proven track record of excellence as an HR Business Partner.
