Role Overview:

- The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, driving digital transformation, and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.

- The CTO will play a critical role in optimizing operations, enhancing sustainability, and leveraging data-driven solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Digital Transformation:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap to modernize textile manufacturing processes.

- Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IoT-enabled machinery, automation, and smart manufacturing.

- Drive AI & Data Analytics adoption for process optimization, predictive maintenance, and supply chain efficiency.

- Oversee ERP, SAP, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless business operations.

Manufacturing & Process Innovation:

- Integrate advanced textile technologies, such as 3D weaving, digital printing, and smart fabrics.

- Optimize energy efficiency and reduce waste through sustainable production technologies.

- Collaborate with R&D to develop innovative textiles and eco-friendly materials.

IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity:

- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Implement cybersecurity protocols to safeguard company data and manufacturing systems.

- Ensure compliance with global data protection and industry regulations.

Business Strategy & Leadership:

- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.

- Lead and mentor a team of IT, engineering, and digital transformation professionals.

- Build strategic partnerships with tech vendors, research institutions, and innovation hubs.

Supply Chain & Customer Experience Enhancement:

- Leverage technology to improve supply chain efficiency, reducing lead times and costs.

- Implement AI-driven customer insights to enhance product customization and market responsiveness.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Textile Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, or FMCG.

- Proven expertise in automation, IoT, AI, ERP (SAP), and digital transformation.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0.

- Experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, and cloud computing.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
