Role Summary:
- The HR Partner will play a key role in ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent, aligned with business objectives.
- The person will be expected to take a holistic view of the recruitment process and disrupt/redesign the process to achieve superlative outcomes.
- Ownership and execution of the entire recruitment process will reside with this person.
- The position will also be given projects which will have an organization wide impact.
- Exposure to areas beyond recruitment via these projects is a high possibility.

Required Experience & Qualification:
- MBA in HR from - XLRI / TISS / MDI Gurgaon / SCMHRD Pune / SIBM / JBIMS
- Preferred Batch: 2018-2021 pass-outs
