1. Location: HQ-Bangalore

Area to Be Covered: South: Karnataka, Kerala, AP, TN

Reporting to : NSM

Education : MBA / PGDM

Work Experience : 10+ years minimum in Channel Sales.

CTC : Depend on Current CTC

Require Skills :

- Age should not be more than 40 yrs

- Currently on a position of ZSM/ RSM - Should be handling On Roll Team

- Strong Communication Skills

- Smart Knowledge of particular area with good brand only

Key Skills :

- Regional Market Knowledge: Proven experience and familiarity with the markets in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu are essential.

- Doctor Network and Sector Expertise: Strong knowledge of the doctor network and market dynamics, particularly in the required segment (preferably non-OTC).

- Relevant Experience: Candidates with a balanced career span (preferably not exceeding 20-22 years) to ensure adaptability and alignment with leadership.

- Alignment with Leadership: Must demonstrate the ability to work under existing leadership structures and exhibit flexibility in adapting to organizational processes and expectations.

- Current Employment Information: Updated CV reflecting the candidate's current employment status

- Should be open for travelling and should have good networking presentation and on Roll team management skills.

- Providing inputs for developing strategy to increase sales volume and achieve targets

- Responsible for Primary & secondary sales of all the Direct, Super and Sub stockist channel

- Handling Channel Sales Parameters like volume, market share, distribution, budgets, productivity, system & coaching, stocks management, and warehouse stocks
