Job Description

Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is in Chennai, TN- HYBRID.

You ll make an impact in the following ways:

Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work.
Monitors real time transactional data from accounting applications through the Information Delivery architecture for exceptions.
Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents.
Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

To be successful, we re seeking interest in the follow areas:

Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
5 to 7 experiences in applications support or production environment
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java
Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Ansible
Knowledge on AI Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or DevOps.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Prometheus, CloudProber, Thousand Eyes, Splunk
