We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Data Management to join our Client Data Operations team. This role is located in Pune, HH - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Independently works with internal and external stakeholders and manage the day to day running of the team.
• Resolves the most complex Data Management and Quantitative Analysis issues that have been escalated by the team.
• Interprets findings and prepares initial drafts of standard reports. Prepares ad-hoc reports at the request of managers and/or other leaders. Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to non-technical audiences. Active Contribution on calls and lead calls with external stakeholders
• Uses technology tools to conduct analyses. Applies techniques such as SQL and querying to extract data for Analysis.
• Documents such as SOPs / Process maps and checklist for the process must be reviewed at agreed timelines (Twice a year for SOP and Process Maps)
• Supports day-to-day data management activities. Monitor s data feeds and performs data scrubbing for the Data Management and Quantitative Analysis team.
• Provide guidance to more junior roles.
• Prepares standard and ad-hoc reports and delivers results to management and/or other leaders. Provides recommendations for addressing observed outcomes.
• Reviews accuracy of reports and calculations performed by less experienced colleagues.
• Primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work and the work of assigned project team members.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Hands on Knowledge of Data quality rules.
• Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• SQL Skills
• Hands on Knowledge of BI, Alteryx or other similar data analysis/reporting tools.
• 5 - 7 years experience preferred.
• Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred.
