Job Description
Responsibilities

Provide production support and batch monitoring.
Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
Interface with the business and IT stakeholders to understand production issues and determine support solutions
Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
Contribute expertise to release and deployment planning and implementation
Work in rotating shifts (APAC/EMEA) and support over weekends as per project requirement.
Lead Application Support Reliability action items for Outages / Major incident reviews / IPM / BCM / Release mgmt. / Audit / Transition / Stake Holder meetings / Automation / Tooling and Risk Control activities
Must have
At least 3
4 years experience in a production support role
Strong Scripting , Tooling, UNIX, Wintel and Database knowledge
Experience working in scheduling tools like Autosys
A natural ability to solve complex issues
Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
Experience with ITIL processes for incident, request, problem management, change and release activities as well as knowledge management
Very good communication skills, Collaboration skills, Good team player and Ability to multitask
Nice to have
Experience in Automation tools (AppDynamics, IP Center etc) is plus and inclination towards learning automation tools
Investment bank domain experience
Experience in onboarding and supporting Azure Cloud based applications is plus

English: C1 Advanced
