Job Description
Work Location : Pune (Viman Nagar) Work from Office. NP: Immediate and 7 days joiner. Below requirements must for TechOps Lead. Please provide profiles on urgent basis. Production support experience Payments domain experience Transaction level Monitoring Team lead experience Candidate should know the Java & Spring boot. Postgres & My SQL. Good knowledge of Unix command. Good knowledge of Linux. Knowledge of Shell scripting. Knowledge of Payment domain ( UPI / PPI/ PG / POS ) ITIL certificated or Support process knowledge. Should be able to troubleshoot , debug and do the RCA of the issue Should be able to follow up with the internal & external team for issue resolution. Lead & mentor the team for monitoring and managing production support. for the next time I comment.
