Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, tenant management, and infrastructure security. This role involves assessing, designing, and optimizing user and license mechanisms for MS O365 while ensuring robust cyber and cybersecurity practices across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on technical skills to enhance productivity and safeguard IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft Office 365 Administration:
   • Manage and administer the MS O365 environment, including tenant settings, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
   • Assess and propose optimal user and license management mechanisms to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
   • Monitor and optimize O365 performance, implementing best practices for tenant governance.
2. Infrastructure and Security Architecture:
   • Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions that integrate cloud (O365, Azure) and on-premises systems.
   • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and organizational standards.
   • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate vulnerabilities in the infrastructure.
3. Enterprise Architecture Leadership:
   • Define enterprise-wide strategies for integrating O365 and infrastructure solutions with existing systems.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT architecture with business goals.
   • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve productivity and security.
4. Cybersecurity and Incident Management:
   • Establish and maintain strong cybersecurity practices, including user identity management, access controls, and threat detection systems.
   • Respond to security incidents promptly, investigating and resolving issues to prevent recurrence.
   • Educate users and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and potential risks.
5. Optimization and Cost Management:
   • Analyze licensing costs and propose recommendations for optimization, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
   • Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive management.
6. Documentation and Training:
   • Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and security policies.
   • Train IT staff and users on the effective use of O365 services and security protocols.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with MS Office 365 administration, including existing tenant management.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection).
• Proficiency in infrastructure design, including hybrid cloud models and network security.

Architectural Skills

• Strong enterprise architecture background with the ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Experience designing and implementing secure IT environments.
