We re seeking a future team member for the role Vice President, Production Services Application Support I, to join our BNY team. This role is in Pune-HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Looking for individuals with 5 to 8 years of support experience in DPG tools ( Gitlab, CICD, JIRA, Artifactory & SonarQube), with a total experience of more than 13 years in distributed application support.
• Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents and inquiries on all DPG tools
• Knowledge in Databases & Query Language - Should have hands-on working experience SQL/ Oracle / mySQL / Postgres ; should have knowledge to write simple queries
• Working knowledge in Unix/Linux/Windows environment - Should have knowledge Unix/Windows Commands
• Working knowledge in Shell Scripting / Python / Windows-Power Shell scripting
• Should have good hands-on experience in Monitoring & Debug Tools like Dynatrace / AppD / Synthetic Monitoring (DSM) / Splunk / Kibana / Grafana / Thousand Eyes and/or similar tools
• Experience in any one of the defect tracking tool ( Remedy, ServiceNow etc )
• Basic knowledge on Cloud platform - Container, Dockers, Command Line Interface (CLI)
• Basic knowledge on Java or .Net - able to understand the code
• Not only in administration/development area but in-depth understanding of the components processing each and every request.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and full understanding of tuning and available configuration settings
• Working and debugging knowledge Linux and Windows operating system knowledge.
• Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise-level support of business-critical services.
• Experience with technical documentation writing / knowledgebase article creation.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
