We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Production Services Application Support I to join our Asset Servicing Engineering Production Services team. This role is located in Pune-MH, HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
• Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.
• Works on root cause analysis and problem management to address underlying technical issues.
• Collaborates with business and application development stakeholders.
• Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment. Analyzes any complex issues.
• Recommends technical solutions on application problems.
• Reviews and develops updates of contingency documentation and processes.
• Reviews and analyzes product migrations through all systems environments.
• May review and execute Change Management scripts.
• Contributes to incident resolution for high priority incidents.
• May mentor or provide guidance for junior team members.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required 8 - 10 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Good experience with Linux and other Unix operating systems
• Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and change management procedures. Well versed on ITIL process
• Exposure on API based S/W development using Java, Spring Boot and REST.
• Exposure on Container based development and deployment in Linux platforms.
• Exposure in Kafka messaging system.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk
• Preferred knowledge on Python.
• Preferred knowledge on Database queries - SQL commands.
• Good to have knowledge and/or exposure for any DevOps tools and techniques. - Preferences are Jenkins, GIT, Ansible, Docker, Selenium, and Prometheus.
• Having knowledge and hands-on experience in mainframe skills is an added advantage.
