Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our EZY Fleet franchise network.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in franchise development, network expansion, and sales management, particularly in the fleet, logistics, or automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees to grow the network.
- Network Expansion: Take end-to-end ownership of the franchise identification, pitching, and onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees to ensure long-term success.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Negotiation: Develop compelling franchise proposals and negotiate terms of franchise agreements.
- Events and Meetups: Represent the company at franchise development events, webinars, and franchisee meetups to attract new prospects.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales executives and inside sales personnel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 6-8 years of proven experience in franchise or business development roles.
- Preferable experience in the fleet, logistics, or automobile industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of franchise business models and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada (mandatory), along with English and Hindi.
