- We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our EZY Fleet Franchise Network.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in franchise sales, business development, and network expansion, with a focus on delivering measurable results in a competitive market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees to expand the EZY fleet network.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete franchisee identification to onboarding process.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track sales metrics, forecast sales accurately, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiation: Present franchise proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize franchise agreements.
- Event Participation: Represent the organization in franchise development events, meets, and webinars.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales executives and inside sales professionals to achieve growth objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's in Business administration or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in franchise or business development.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the franchise business model and current industry trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing and motivating a team.
- Language Proficiency: Kannada (mandatory), English, and Hindi.
Preferred Experience - Experience in franchise fleet, logistics, or automobile industries
