Job Description
- B:Live is a dynamic and innovative Multiband Electric Vehicle platform startup with offices in Bangalore and Goa. Committed to shaping the future of sustainable mobility, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to join our growing team and contribute to our exciting journey.
- Job Summary:
- As an Operations Executive, your day will involve connecting with existing customers to collect outstanding payments. You ll guide successful resolutions, either through payment processing or collaboration with our on-ground team for repossession (if necessary). You ll be a data whiz, tracking vehicles across various operations and service stages while ensuring timely resolutions. By analyzing data and dashboards, you ll provide valuable customer insights to optimize our processes.
- Daily calls to existing customers on outstanding payments with regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with the vendor team to ensure strategic policies are being identified and executed to ensure faster TAT for operations for all vendors.
- Drive success by either collecting payments or triggering re-possession of vehicles to the on-ground team.
- Track vehicles in different ops and service-related buckets and resolve in a given TAT.
- Actively study the data and dashboard to offer customer insights.
- Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build, explain the business and negotiate effectively.
- Experience working with CRM tools and Knowledge of MS Office.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in Operations with experience working & achieving collection targets.
- Preferred industry will be Loan/NBFC/Asset recovery companies.
- Language Hindi or English (should be fluent in one of them) & Tamil or Kannada (should be fluent in one of them). Hindi+Tamil/Kannada will be preferable.
