Operations Executives play a critical role in ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for intelligent, quick thinking candidates who have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well.
The primary responsibilities of an Operations Executive would be:
- Ensuring orders are accepted in a timely fashion
- Ensuring orders are delivered in a timely fashion
- Ensuring that all delays and problems are raised with the relevant departments as soon as possible.
- Handling customer queries.
